Terms of Service for Gingerale Apps

By downloading, accessing, or using any mobile application ( "App") developed by Gingerale Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our Apps constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Apps.
We do not target or knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our Apps.
Use our Apps for illegal activities or to harass others.
Circumvent security measures or disrupt service functionality.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Payment Processing: Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store payment details.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted through the app store's policies.
Subscriptions: Managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24+ hours before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

All App content (code, graphics, trademarks) is owned by Gingerale Apps. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

No Warranty: Apps are provided "as-is." We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a specific purpose.
Third-Party Services: We use Sentry.io, PostHog, and RevenueCat. Their terms govern their services.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Damages arising from App use or downtime.
Third-party actions (e.g., app store policies, payment errors).

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Apps for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Disputes will be resolved in courts within this jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Updates will be posted on our website.
